Tracking: All orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive tracking details via email/phone as soon as your package is on its way.

Return Policy

We want you to love your TwinSpecs. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return:

  • 1 Contact us at support@twinspecs.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • 2 We’ll email you a prepaid return label.
  • 3 Once your item is received in its original condition, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Note: Prescription lenses are custom-made and cannot be returned unless defective.
